Training Ground’s inaugural branch, which is located at the heart of downtown, is designed with industrial features including creative decorations like unfinished brick walls, tiles and a spacious interior amounting up to 8000 sqft. The club’s operating hours are from 6AM to 10 PM daily (including public holidays).
